On August 20, 2017, a festival dedicated to the popular African dish Jollof was held in Lagos with the presence of a bunch of Nigeria’s top chefs.

The participating chefs created their versions of this Nigerian staple and presented it to the event goers, taking pride in their twists on a daily meal.

This festival was organized by Ozoz Sokoh, 42-year-old author of the Kitchen Butterfly blog.
